What Religion Are You?

What religion are you?  What religion am I?
We are all but flapping souls that struggle to fly.
Fed legends of a distant age
When seers reached the heights of the highest skies
And prodded the clouds to rain the cosmic knowledge
For mankind.

What religion are you?  What religion am I?
We all live and we all die
Who can surmise the reason why?
Who can rob the anguish from the common cry
Whether bodies burn or buried lie?
